   Tribeea offers daily trivia games with an entry fee and a prize pool.
   All games are considered games of skill, where winners are determined by their knowledge and speed.
   Entry fees are collected digitally and are non-refundable unless the game is canceled or disrupted.
4. Winning & Withdrawal
   Winners are declared based on game rules displayed before each game.
   Prize money will be credited to the winner’s Tribeea wallet.
   Withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC) and may be subject to processing time.
   We reserve the right to hold or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
5. KYC & Verification
   You agree to provide valid KYC documents (such as PAN, Aadhaar) when requested.
   Failure to comply may result in suspension or forfeiture of winnings.
6. Conduct and Fair Play
   You agree not to:
   • Use bots, scripts, or any form of automation.
   • Collude with other players or manipulate outcomes.
   • Exploit bugs or loopholes.
   Violation of fair play policies may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.
7. Fees and Payments
   All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways.
   Tribeea reserves the right to modify entry fees, prize structures, or introduce subscription-based services.
8. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate your access to Tribeea at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in conduct harmful to the platform or its users.
9. Intellectual Property
   All content, logos, and trademarks on Tribeea are the property of the company.
   You may not use our brand, content, or software without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimers
    Games are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
    We are not liable for losses due to service disruptions, bugs, or errors.
    We do not guarantee winnings or specific game outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Tribeea be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
12. Governing Law
